Gruyre Cheese

Gruyère cheese is a yellow cheese made from cow's milk. It is made in Switzerland and is named after the town of Gruyères in Switzerland. It is hard, slightly salty, and piquant. When fully aged (three to twelve months) it tends to have small holes and cracks.
