Greater Hartford Academy Of Mathematics And ScienceThe Greater Hartford Academy of Mathematics and Science or GHAMAS is a regional high school located at The Learning Corridor in Hartford, Connecticut. It is run by the Capital Region Education Council (CREC), one of 6 Regional Educational Service Centers (RESC) in Connecticut. GHAMAS is a state-of-the-art educational facility. Each laboratory was designed by master teachers. Labs at the Academy include the Robotics Lab, Physics Lab, Earth Science Lab, Photonics Lab, Biology Lab, Cell Culture Lab, Greenhouse & Potting Lab, Biochemistry Lab, Chemistry Lab, Special Instrumentation Lab, and Computer Science Lab. There are also several student labratories, used by students to conduct research. GHAMAS is a member of the NCSSSMST. This is an organization of secondary schools that promote Mathematics, Science, and Technology schools. External links
