Grard Souzay

Grard Marcel Souzay (December 8, 1918August 17, 2004) was a French baritone. He was born in Angers, France and was regarded as the best interpreter of French art songs since Pierre Bernac. He was also renowned in German lieder. He had a long-time artistic partnership with the pianist Dalton Baldwin. He died in Antibes, France.
