Grard Guay

Grard Guay is a politician in Manitoba, Canada. In the Canadian federal election of 2004, he was a candidate for the Communist Party of Canada in the Winnipeg riding of St. Boniface. Guay was born in Winnipeg, and was educated in economics, administration and law in Montreal. He was a practising lawyer for several years, and returned to Winnipeg following his retirement (he now lives in the city with a special-needs child). The 2004 election was his first as a candidate.
