Graham TopeGraham Norman Tope, Baron Tope is a Liberal Democrat politician. He is a Life Peer and member of the London Assembly. He is also a councillor in the London Borough of Sutton. In 1972, Tope captured the Conservative seat of Sutton and Cheam at a parliamentary by-election for the Liberal Party. The Conservatives retook the seat at the February 1974 General Election.
