Goodman Ace

Goodman Aiskowitz (January 15, 1899March 25, 1982), known as Goodman Ace, was an American actor, comedian, and writer. Ace was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He wrote and starred in the long-run radio comedy, The Easy Aces, from 1930 to 1945. The show was remade into a TV series on CBS, but only ran six months in 1949 and 1950. The original radio scripts were reused, with adaptations, by the Canadian television network CTV for the show The Trouble with Tracy in 1971. Ace also created the CBS radio program You Are There. He died in New York City in 1982.
