Going My Way

Going My Way is a 1944 film is a light-hearted comedy about a new young priest (Bing Crosby) taking over a parish from an established old veteran. It was followed the next year by a sequel, The Bells of St. Mary's. The cast included Rise Stevens and Carl 'Alfalfa' Switzer. The film won seven Oscars: The film also received a further three Oscar nominations:
