Gilgamesh The King

Gilgamesh the King is a 1984 novel by Robert Silverberg presenting as a novel the Epic of Gilgamesh. Silverberg had previously written a number of stories for the fantasy anthology series Heroes in Hell describing Gilgamesh's adventures in the Underworld.
