Gheorghe Argesanu

Gheorghe Argesanu (1884 - 1940) was a Romanian army general and politician that served as a Prime Minister of Romania for about a week in 1939 (21 September - 28 September). He was killed by the members of "The Legion of Saint Michael the Archangel" (Iron Guard) in Jilava prison on the night of 26 - 27 November, when 65 political prisoners were killed.
