Georg KramlGeorg Kraml is principly noted online for having created the Oroogu programming language, which is named after a language from the Discworld series of books by Terry Pratchett. The language is described as "Black Oroogu, the language with no nouns and only one adjective, which is obscene." For some reason, Georg took his site, http://purists.org offline and moved it to http://www.kraml.at for a time (please note that both of those are essentially dead as of this point in time). As best can be deciphered, he appears to be teaching somewhere in Austria. The most relevant link at this moment appears to be http://www.ads.tuwien.ac.at/people/Kraml/ Although purists.org and kraml.at are defunct, you can still find archives of those sites at http://www.archive.org. Of particular interest is of course Oroogu (see wikipedia entry for the exact URL) and http://web.archive.org/web/20020803183515/purists.org/academic/ which purports to be a spotter's guide to academic programmers (anyone who has ever had to do programming in academia will get a laugh out of this).
