gentoox

Gentoox is a version of Gentoo, created especially for the Xbox. Gentoox requires a modchip or software mod to run, as it is not authorised Microsoft software. __FORCETOC__

Versions

Gentoox comes in five versions:

Home - Beginner version and has lots of included software already compiled.
Pro - Barebones version, for people that want to customise their install for their needs.
Sparkle - The filesystem rescuer.
MCE - Gentoox Media Center Edition.
Resctoox - The Gentoox Linux rescuer.

Installation

The installation can be done two ways via a live-cd or over ftp useing the Evolution-X(evox) dashboard. Gentoox can be installed by one of three ways on the E:\ drive, F:\ drive, or on its own partition.
