Genjuro KibagamiGenjuro Kibagami is a character from SNK Playmore's Samurai Shodown series of fighting games. He is a ronin samurai. His current age is 237(Genjuro, as well as Haohmaru, was cursed with Sub-Mortality.. He's not immortal but, his has Ulimited ageing.) His few weakness are general human ones like stabbings to vital organs, certain diseases. According to his official biography, Genjuro was born in Anjoumura, Yamashiroguni on June 9, 1760. He stands 1.82 metres, weighs 82.5 kg and his blood type is AB. His weapon is a katana named "Baioudoku." His distinguishing features are a large scar going from his left shoulder halfway down to his back and a pink ponytail. Yet despite this scar his endurance, Bone structure, and healing factors are at far greater level than thos of ordinary humans. This is due to his training. Little is known about Genjuro's child hood, except that he is the older brother of Kibagami Jubei; Genjuro's history really begins when he was a student of Iaido-Jujitsu.. He was the one of Caffein Niccotien's best students, along with another, Haohmaru.. Niccotien was very pleased with his two students; although he noticed Genjuro had more of an edge than the others'; he was more forceful and relugtent to hold back his agression.. One day, Niccotien decided to have Genjuro fight Haohmaru, the boys had become men, and it was time for them to truly test their skills.. They did as told.. Niccotien wagered a price. To who so-ever won the fight would be rewarded with the Scroll of Yakazura(The scroll of strength) The two men fought for hours, until Genjuro defeated Haohmaru. While his opponent was knocked out, Genjuro attempted to finish him once and for all.. Niccotien stepped in the way. Genjuro was band from the DoJo forever; and the scroll was rewarded to Haohmaru.. Genjuro left, and since then has made it his goal in life to bring suffering upon his former teacher Niccotien and former best friend Haohmaru... It is his belief that Niccotien made him what he is.. That he secretly infused him with the Dark-Hadou(Ki).. And now Genjuro wanders that land, taking anyfight that comes his way; be it with humans, vampires, or any other beings that cross his path.. Genjuro however does have a heart.. A woman named Meazame Sakura. They were once together. Until she was stolen by a group of bandits while Genjuro was away. She was the only one who could calm his rage... And now Genjuro seeks her. Genjuro Kibagami is voiced by Kong Kuwata, who also voiced Fatal Fury's Geese Howard. The only crossover game Genjuro had an appearance in was on SVC Chaos: SNK VS. Capcom.
