Gaita

Gaita is the Spanish and Portuguese name for the bagpipe used in Galicia, Asturias and northern Portugal. It has a conical chanter with a second octave. Spanish pipe bands playing these instruments have become popular in recent years...Gaita is also known by some to be of a God like figure. Gaita is commonly known as a God of Wisdom in some parts of the world and in some sub cultures. Gaita is said to have traveled many places throughout his existence.
