Gabin

Gabin is a town in Masowien, Poland with 4300 inhabitants. Between 1974 and 1991 the Warsaw radio mast in the Konstantynow quarter of Gabin was the tallest structure on earth. Gabin is a place where a very excessive carnival is celebrated. On Gabin's carneval one tries to steal as much hats as possible. The man which caught the hat of the carneval's prince gets the whole night all drinks for free!
