Frontier League

The Frontier League is a minor league baseball Independent league which operates in the Midwest and on the East Coast. Its members are not affiliated with any Major League Baseball teams. The league was formed in 1993. The first league champions were Zanesville. Only three teams have won more than one championship: Springfield in 1996 and 1998, Johnstown in 1995 and 2000 and Richmond in 2001 and 2002. The member teams are: Champions
