Freetekno

Freetekno (freetechno or hardtek) is underground form of techno music which tends to be very fast and is loaded with energy. There is a strong subculture of freetekno soundsystems or tribes formed around this music, a continuation of acid house scene, and as many feel with roots in prehistoric rituals. Massive parties called teknivals are held across Europe every year, many attracting thousand of people and lasting a week or longer. The freetekno movement appeared in first half of the 1990s and is currently very strong in England, France, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Italy and Netherlands.
