Frank A. LoBiondo (born May 12 1946), trucking executive and American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1995, representing the Second Congressional District of New Jersey (map). Born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, he attended Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. LoBiondo was a Cumberland County Freeholder from 1985 to 1987 and was also a member of the New Jersey General Assembly (the lower chamber of the New Jersey Legislature) from 1988 to 1994, when he was elected to the House. He is a member of the Armed Services Committee and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
