Fluorescence Spectrum

A fluorescence spectrun is an electromagnetic spectrum that describes fluorescent radiation. It can be described in terms of wavelength, frequency, or energy per photon.

Types

  1. Excitation spectrum - Plot of fluorescence vs. wavelength of incident light.
  2. Emission spectrum - Plot of fluorescence vs. wavelength of fluorescent light.
