Fintry
is a small village in central
Scotland
, nestled in the valley of the Endrick Water in the
Campsie Fells
some 35km north of
Glasgow
. It is part of
Stirling District
. As of the
2001
census, Fintry and the surrounding rural area had a population of 691 people.
