FFDCA, or Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938 is a landmark of US food safety and product safety legislation. In 1968 the EPRC (Electronic Product Radiation Control) provisions Of The Federal Food, Drug, And Cosmetic Act were added.
