Farnaz Fassihi

Farnaz Fassihi (born 3rd January 1973) is Middle East correspondent for the Wall Street Journal. She is of Muslim faith, an America-born daughter of parents from Iran. Farnaz Fassihi has a M.S. in journalism from Columbia University, and a B.A. in English literature from Tehran University. She has been awarded the AP's New England News Executive Award.
