Fall Weiss

Fall Weiss (german spelling Fall Weiß) translates as Case White following the German military's naming convention. Military history records two operations called Fall Weiss 1. Fall Weiss of 1939, German strategic plan for a war with Poland prepared before 1939 and put into action on 1 September 1939. 2. Fall Weiss of 1942, a combined Axis counter-partisan operation launched in late January, 1942 throughout Croatia.
