Exam SystemThe EXAM system is s special Newtype combat system that was utilized in one Zeon mobile suit, the MS-08TX(EXAM) Efreet Custom, and three Federation mobile suits, the "Blue Destiny" series; RX-79BD-1, RX-79BD-2, and RX-79BD-3. The EXAM was created by Zeon professor Chlust Morses; it was created using Morses' hatred of Newtypes and the soul of Newtype Marion Welch, who Morses was conducting experiments on. When the GM Blue Destiny Unit 1 and the Efreet Custom, piloted by Federation pilot Ensign Yu Kajima and Zeon pilot Lieutenant Nimbus Scharzen, were destroyed in the Second Battle of Calfornia Base, the Blue Destiny Unit 2 was stolen by Scharzen and was pursued by Kajima in Blue Destiny Unit 3, and the two units were destroyed. Mysteriously, Kajima survived both the explosion and the upcoming Battle of A Boa Qu. Since the war was coming to an end, and Morses was murdered by Scharzen when he stole the Blue Unit 2, the "Blue Destiny" project and EXAM program were dropped.
