Euell Gibbons

Euell Gibbons was an outdoorsman and proponent of natural diets, famous during the 1960s. He wrote the cookbooks Stalking the Blue-Eyed Scallop and Stalking Wild Asparagus. The quote "Ever eat a pine cone? Many parts are edible." is attributed to him.
