Ernst Brugger

Ernst Brugger (March 10, 1914 - June 20, 1998) was a Swiss politician. He was elected to the Swiss Federal Council on December 10, 1969 and handed over office on January 31, 1978. He was affiliated with the Free Democratic Party. During his office time he held the Department of Economic Affairs and was President of the Confederation in 1974.
