Eric Martin

Eric Martin (born October 10, 1960 in Long Island, NY) is former vocalist of hard rock band Mr. Big. Before his career in Mr. Big, he played in rock group 415 from late seventies. 415 recorded one album "Sucker for a Pretty Face" after their name change to Eric Martin Band. Eric Martin Band broke up in 1985 after which Eric Martin recorded two solo albums "Eric Martin" and "I'm Only Fooling Myself". 1988 Eric Martin, Billy Sheehan, Pat Torpey and Paul Gilbert formed Mr. Big which became huge success. Mr. Big went for a break and 1998 saw Eric's third solo album "Somewhere in the Middle" released and Eric toured with new Eric Martin Band. After Mr. Big broke up in 2001, Eric Martin pursued his solo career further and released another solo album "Im Goin Sane" in 2002. After that he has released two more albums "Pure" and "Destroy All Monsters" which is his latest album. He is still active in the music business and is giving concerts around the world.
