Encino, Los Angeles, CaliforniaEncino is a neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles, California located in the San Fernando Valley. Encino is bounded by Victory Boulevard, Mulholland Drive, Lindley Avenue and roughly by the 405 freeway. The Encino Velodrome has provided an outdoor oval bicycle racing track since 1963.
