Emmanuel J. Siyes

Emmanuel J. Siyes (1748 - 1836 was a French revolutionary statesman. He played a major role in the early years of the French Revolution, drafting the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen, and later helped organize the coup d'tat that overthrew the Directory.
