Emacs/w3

Emacs/W3 is a web browser for the Emacs text editor, written entirely in Emacs Lisp. Like lynx, links, elinks, and w3m, it is primarily text-based. As noted here, the W3 package is currently monolithic and somewhat obsolete. A project has been proposed to reengineer W3 for increased modularity. More current Emacs web browsers include w3m.
