Elijah Gair

Elijah Gair is a politician in Manitoba, Canada. In the federal election of 2004, he ran as a candidate of the Green Party in the east Winnipeg riding of Elmwood-Transcona. Gair's campaign focused on the need to find alternatives to forest products and petroleum for energy resources. According to his campaign literature, he supports the model of a society based on community and family, rather than on competition. He was a security official at the time of the election.
