Ecw World Heavyweight Championship

The top title of the Extreme Championship Wrestling promotion. The following is a list of wrestlers who have held the ECW World Heavyweight Championship. Promotion known as 'NWA Eastern Championship Wrestling from 1992-1994. On August 27, 1994, after severing ties with the NWA, the promotion then became known as Extreme Championship Wrestling'.
