Earth Terminal Complex

Earth terminal complex: In satellite communications systems, the assembly of equipment and facilities necessary to integrate an Earth terminal into a communications network. The Earth terminal complex includes the Earth terminal and its support equipment and any required interconnect facilities and their support equipment.
