Eanfled Of Deira

Saint Eanfled or Eanfleda (626-685?) was the daughter of Edwin, king of Northumbria. She married Oswiu. She was said to be the first Northumbrian ever to be baptized, was later the patron of Wilfrid, and around 680 became abbess at Whitby.
