Dugong
Hydrodamalis (extinct) Dugongidae is a family within the order Sirenia that includes the dugong and the extinct Steller's sea cow. They are commonly referred to as the sea cows or dugongs. They differ from the only other family within Sirenia, the Trichechidae or manatees, in having forked tails.
