Duart Castle
Duart Castle
is a
castle
on the west coast of
Scotland
, located on the
Isle of Mull
within the
council area
of
Argyll and Bute
. The castle dates back to the
13th century
. In
1691
the castle was surrendered to the
Duke of Argyll
and then abandoned in
1751
. During the
20th century
the castle has been restored. The castle was used as a location in the
1999 film
Entrapment
starring
Sean Connery
and
Catherine Zeta-Jones
