Dr. Know

Dr. Know is the stage name of Gary Miller, guitarist for Bad Brains. While Bad Brains are often regarded as one of punk rock's most innovative and important bands, Miller has recorded or performed very little outside the group, though he has recently performed with Mos Def's group Black Jack Johnson. http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=132435 Originally called Dr. No, Miller changed his pseudonym to avoid legal problems with the James Bond villain.
