Douglas Thom

Douglas John Thom. Born 1946. Professor of Educational management and Leadership. Doctor of educational philosophy, Dr. Thom has published over 13 books. Including: Educational Management and Leadership: Word, Spirit, and Deed for a Just Society, and Total Hockey Player: Brawn is Not Enough. Recieved a PhD from the University of Toronto and studied world-wide. A collection of his books and publications are held at the Ming-Ai Institute. His concern is values, ethics, and beliefs and he is a unique, important, and dedicated international scholar, speaker, builder, and leader. Also known for the TELC and TLCC models as well as the MFS (Motivation by money, fun, and sex) theory. Thom, Douglas
