DomabDomab historical village is located in the north west of Isfahan in Iran at a distance of 100 kilometers from Najafabad, 60 kilometers from Golpayegan, and 40 kilometers from Khansar, and it is in an area among these 3 cities. In country division Domab is in Isfahan province, Najafabad city Mehrdasht district. Domab is in 33 and 7' latitude and the 50and 43'longtide and 2140 meter altitude from the sea level. In some ancient documents called Domab as SABZ DARREH MORAD ABAD. It can be assumed that the main residing part in that time was the current MORADABAD. The most ancient item that has been discovered during the cleaning of Domab aqueduct was a stone lamp that OSTAD SHABAN 1112 engraved on it. It is assumed that Domab became a permanent residential place between the years 1100 to 1150 Hejri. This village with 3 centuries oldness, and some specific architectural and political specialty of that period, has several historical works. The main founders of this village were two brothers with the names of MOHEB and SALEH. The two main families MOHEBIAN and SALEHIAN are the children of these two brothers, apparently the economical formation and residing in this farm were began by these immigrants. First they rented MORADABAD farm and then the suburbs from DEHAGH. The most famous historical personality of Domab was HAJ HASSAN DOMABI that it is said he was son of MOHEB. With HAJ HASSANs decision they bought the SABZDARRE MORADABAD farm from DEHAGH. Then they registered Domab in the main country division of Isfahan as village and get its documents. With his intelligence HAJ HASSAN, implemented the required foundation plans, first he built bath and then the mosque. Then for establishment the security of region he decided to build the largest castle in the region that there wasnt any similar castle up to 50 kilometers. Although Domab has several castles up to that time but this new castle brought strenght and security for residents there against the attacks and plunders of highwaymen of the region. Several decads later the quarrel between MIRZAEIs and MOHEBIs were the main interior problem of the village, but in the exterior quarrels,that its main factor were economical and living problems like water or the ownership of pastures, they defended the village integrative. After the two World War that villagers called them big inflation and small inflation, the reginal quarrels between Domab and the neigborhood villages,ESHEN,RAHMATABADandKHUNDAB and also the agricultural riot are the important points of its history that has been registerd in the villages information. Domab village is in the southeren slope of Dalan mountain and it is completely irrigated by the seasonal rivers. Near it there are other heights like Sinekande in the north of Kazemabad 2210 meters and Mahouresabz mountain in the north of Khoundab 3000 meter. But Choghagodar is the nearest one to Domab and it has specific importance for Domab people.
