Dom Pedro

Dom Pedro (Lord Peter) is the traditional Portuguese appellation of several kings of Portugal and of the two 19th century Emperors of Brazil: Dom Pedro is also the name of an alcoholic milkshake, usually made with whiskey or Amarula. Typically: one shot of Irish whiskey, two spoons of vanilla ice cream, and a little bit of double cream whisked together, lightly topped with shavings of dark chocolate.
