Dollond (Crater)Dollond is a small lunar impact crater that is located in the central region of the Moon, to the north of Abulfeda crater. Due west of Dollond is Andĕl crater. This crater is circular and cone-shaped, with a tiny floor at the mid-point of the sloping interior walls. About 50 kilometers to the northeast of this crater was the landing site of the Apollo 16 mission, the next to the last of the Apollo expeditions to the Moon. Satellite craters By convention these features are identified on Lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater mid-point that is closest to Dollond crater. | idth="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Latitude | width="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Longitude | width="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Diameter | | lign="center"|B | align="center"|7.7° S | align="center"|13.8° E | align="center"|37 km | | lign="center"|D | align="center"|8.2° S | align="center"|12.5° E | align="center"|9 km | | lign="center"|E | align="center"|10.2° S | align="center"|15.7° E | align="center"|6 km | | lign="center"|L | align="center"|8.7° S | align="center"|12.5° E | align="center"|5 km | | lign="center"|M | align="center"|10.1° S | align="center"|16.9° E | align="center"|6 km | | lign="center"|T | align="center"|9.4° S | align="center"|15.0° E | align="center"|3 km | | lign="center"|U | align="center"|7.3° S | align="center"|16.0° E | align="center"|3 km | | lign="center"|V | align="center"|7.9° S | align="center"|15.5° E | align="center"|6 km | | lign="center"|W | align="center"|6.7° S | align="center"|14.6° E | align="center"|11 km | | lign="center"|Y | align="center"|8.4° S | align="center"|13.2° E | align="center"|14 km | The following craters have been renamed by the IAU.
