Direct CorporationDirect Corporation was a shell company created by the four directors of the failed DART Internet, which was placed into receivership in August 2004, and subsequently sold to Hotkey Internet Services. The formation of Direct Corporation and the addition of its three additional directors was regarded by the general public as the largest factor in the demise of DART Internet, with much of its customer base holding the opinion that the new management was incompetent.
