Dia Del Arquero

Dia del arquero is a well known expression in some Spanish speaking cultures, meaning some task that isn't fulfilled because of people on who it depends unwillingness to cooperate. It refers to an absurd anual celebration day, which actually does not exist, meaning that on such day the task will be done.
