Deportivo Alavs

Deportivo Alavs, usually abbreviated to Alavs, is a Spanish Segunda Divisin football club based in Vitoria (Gasteiz) in the Basque Country. They play at the 19,500 seater Medizorroza stadium. Their home kit is blue and white striped shirt, blue shorts and white socks. Alavs reached the UEFA Cup final in 2001, losing 5-4 to Liverpool F.C.. However, Alavs was relegated after the 2003-04 season.
