Delo

Delo (English "work") is one of the major daily newspapers in Slovenia. The newspaper started in 1959, when it arose from the merging of newspapers Ljudska pravica ("People's Right") and Slovenski poročevalec ("Slovene Reporter"). Today it has many weekly supplements, Vikend magazin ("Weekend Magazine") about media, Znanost about science, Delo in dom ("Work and home") about housekeeping, Ona ("She") about fashion, Sobotna priloga ("Saturday's supplement") about actual political and economical questions, Nedelo ("Idleness"), a Sunday recreational supplement, and also covers several regions.
