Defense Courier Service

The U.S. Defense Courier Service (DCS) is responsible for the secure and expeditious worldwide movement of highly classified, time-sensitive national security materials integral to the national command authorities' C3I systems in a selectively manned, joint DoD Command. The DCS directly supports the President, Unified and Specified CINCs, joint military operations, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, NSA, CIA, U.S. allies, Department of State, and other federal agencies.
