David Penney

David (Dave) Penney (born Wakefield, 1964) is a British football manager, who in January 2002 became manager of British League Two side Doncaster Rovers. In recent years, he guided the club back into the Football League through promotion from the Conference and in 2003, helped the club to the Division Three championship. He has also had spells with Derby County, Oxford United, Swansea City and Cardiff City before coming to Doncaster in 1998.
