Database And Collections Of Information Misappropriation Act

The Database and Collections of Information Misappropriation Act is a proposed resolution in the United States House of Representatives, which opponents claim would severely limit fair use law, and make database collection projects (like the Wikipedia) targets for liability, under claims of property theft. It is called (HR3261).
