Danny Kopec

Danny Kopec is an International Chess Master, noted author and computer science professor at Brooklyn College. Kopec, born Feburary 28, 1954, has been a semi-professional Chess player since 1976. He has written numerous books on the subject of chess, including "Test, Evaluate and Improve Your Chess" written with Hal Terrie. Kopec has also worked to promote his "Kopec System". As of October 2004, his FIDE rating is 2390.
