Dale Weightman Born October 3 1959 Richmond playing career: 1978-93, 274 games, 344 goals, 1 flag (1980), twice club Best and Fairest in 1986 and 87. Recruited from Mildura Imperials. Nicknamed 'Flea', Dale Weightman was a silkily-skilled rover with excellent leadership quality and a determination to succeed. Had superb vision and evasive skills, and possessed a pinpoint pass.
