Daily News - Antelope ValleyThe Daily News - Antelope Valley is the Palmdale area's second largest circulating newspaper. This newspaper, along with its sister newspapers, most notably, the Los Angeles Daily News, is center-right in its political stance. This is notable due to Palmdale's other newspaper, the Antelope Valley Press, being center-right also. This is unique in California for a larger city to have two center right newspapers, and no center-left since California as a whole typically stands center-left. One example of this is that the Los Angeles Times often does high-quality investigative journalism on important inner-city issues like healthcare and crime, while the Daily News is usually content to run wire stories on those issues, if it covers them at all.
